ELMS Admin Quick Start Guide
The Epiplex License Management System (ELMS) is a stand-alone server based product that is used to allocate and manage Epiplex licenses. It is a sophisticated tool that helps the various Epiplex users to create licenses and manage licenses. Most of the products of the Epiplex suite cannot be used without activating their licenses through ELMS. The ELMS is implemented on the internet server.
Major Roles admin should perform in ELMS:
- Add new Users.
- Add new Groups.
- Allocate and Manage licenses to various users in the groups.
Follow the below steps to add a user
- Logon to ELMS Admin portal (https://elmsworld.com) with Company Admin Credentials which will be provided by Epiplex Team.
- Navigate to Users and Click on Add New User
- You will be taken to Create new user page, Fill the User details and Click on Create.
- User will be created.
Follow the below steps to add a Group
- Navigate to Groups and Click on Add New Group.
- You will be taken to Create new group page, Fill the Group details.
- Select(Check) the created user which is displayed and click on Create.
- Where Group is created and User is assigned to the Group.
Follow the below steps to allocate the licenses
- Click on Allocate and you will be taken to License Allocation page.
- Select the Group for which the license is to be allocated
- Select the Product, Date range and click on show availability.
- Now select the count of license you need to be allocate and click on allocate.
- Post Allocation, share the User Credentials to the users where they can use it to Activate the product.
