Sorry! You do not have any license allocated
While logging in to Epiplex users will encounter error message as
Sorry! You do not have any license allocated.


This appears because the license is not allocated to the group where the user belongs.
To resolve this issue admin need to allocate the license to the particular group where the user belongs to from the ELMS.
Please find the steps below to allocate the licensnes.
- Admin has to login to ELMS portal (Epiplex License Management Portal )With admin credentials
- Portal Link : https://license.epiplex500.com
- Go to Allocate.
- Select the Group for which the license is to be allocated
- Select the Product ,Date range and click on show availability.
- Now select the count of license you need to be allocate and click on allocate.
