Enhancing Presentations: Adding Audio to Callout and Sticky Notes Step-by-Step Guide

To Make the Content more interactive the SME can add audio to Callouts and Sticky Notes.  Adding audio to callouts in significantly enhances the audience experience. Firstly, it boosts engagement by capturing attention through auditory cues, making the content more dynamic and captivating. Secondly, audio provides clarity, especially when explaining complex concepts, ensuring that the audience comprehends the information better. Furthermore, audio-visual combinations cater to diverse learning styles, accommodating both visual and auditory learners. Lastly, it imparts a professional touch, elevating the overall quality of the content and leaving a lasting impact on the viewers
For adding audio to all the callouts at a time follow the below Steps 
  1. Launch Epiplex500
  2. Open the Captured file in Developer Editor 
  3. Navigate to Tools and click on "Manage Auto-generated Callouts & Sticky Notes"

  1. Under Command Choose "Add audio to Callouts / Sticky Notes"

  2. Click on OK to add the audio 

For adding audio to a specific callout individually follow the below steps 
  1. Launch Epiplex500
  2. Open the Captured file in Developer Editor 
  3. Navigate to the Step you are willing to add audio to the callout 
  4. Right click on the callout and click on Edit 

  5. Choose Audio Tab
  6. If you are willing to Record the Audio click on the Icon  and record the Audio 

  7. Click on ok To Attach the recorded recording
  8. If you are willing to add a external Audio click on Icon to Browse and Attach a external Audio 
  9. Click on ok to Attach the  External Audio 
  10. If we require Text to Speech select the Text to Speech Tab 
  11. Make Sure you have Entered a appropriate Text 
  12. Click on  Icon to attach the Audio 
  13. Click on Ok to Attach the Text to Speech Audio

Note: At a time we can Add only one audio to one callout either Recording, External Audio or Text to Speech
